There are many healthy weight loss programs out there or so called healthy programs. These weight loss program range from low carb, low fat or just plain starving yourself.
Low carb diets are very hard to stay on they are way to restrictive and your body needs carbs to function properly. You may loss at first but you will gain it back. That’s not what you want!
The low fat diet sound great but if you read the labels of the food at your local grocery store you will find that they are high in calories and loaded with sugar. You should read the labels of the foods you buy. You will be surprised by the wrong things that are in them.
The starvation diet, well common sense well tell you that it is not good. You body does need food to function properly.
